The Day before New Year's eve

ok, before u read further on carelessly, this post is rather embarrassing and emotional in a way, so.. dont look down on me ah. thank u. ahem.

So its the night before new years eve right.. as usual, after work. We will let Mongo ( my dog ) unleashed so he could run around happily.

its just that night. i felt the most terrible feeling of hurt and sadness, my dog ran out.. usually he will come back, but that night. He never did.

shit

my father drove around town 2 look for him, no sign of him. We look out the door several times in a hope he will be outside the pavement as usual.. but no sign of him.

During this time, i didnt say anything, i have lost for words. Its really my 1st time 2 go trough this tragedy, 2 have someone close 2 me taken away. In this time, flashes of thoughts flooding me. I question myself, "who would took him", "would they hurt him" and "where is he"

I prayed, and i did cried, just tears, no sobbing and mourning. Because throughout the whole time, i tried 2 keep strong, but my heart is in pain, and hurt. I just couldn't stop my tears. I wiped it off when someone walk pass by.

I imagine someone hurting mongo, and got really angry but helpless.. i curse whoever that would hurt and kidnap my mongo. Even though i am clueless as to what really happen to him. I stayed up late till 2am, felling restless, i when out 2 look around if by any luck or chance, i can find him. But i came back with nothing, mom ask me where i went, I said, " i went to the shop 2 get some drinks ".

JUST FOR THOUGHTS
You have no idea how Men would cover up his emotion no matter what the cost. Even if it means lying 2 himself. U will be lucky if a men would share some emotional experience with u, or just talk about hurtful experience with all their heart. I would say... its once in a full moon opportunity. Even with close friends, men tend 2 have fun 2gether. Sorry, i dont intend to stereotype, but at least i think it this way. Its true for me.

ANYWAY

I sleep after that, but not after i have stared out the door window 2 look for any sign of Mongo. In my dream, i did dream of my dog. But other things concerning it as well, could not really remember.

7am- i woke up, went 2 the toilet. Stared out the door window.. still no sign of my dog. Felt weak and down. I went back 2 sleep again.

10am i think.. some guy knocks on the door, and my dad answers it. The conversation woke me up. Its a man from the council, and a few words he mentions caught my attention. "your dog" and "hes safe" omg. Some guy found him wondering around and handed him 2 the town's council in the middle of the night. omg. I am so happy!

IM SO HAPPY! the best feeling ever

when my dog came home running, and he ran up 2 my bed ( yes.. im still in the bed ) and licked me. omg. I hugged him and say. " i missed u terribly 2! "

My days was so fine after that. New Years eve business is not that busy, not as busy as the day before, but we got lots of big group customers. And all is good! We celebrated at 11pm before the coundown with some crayfish and oyster dish with the staff and some close frens from thailand.

ITS all Good! HAPPY NEW YEAR 2009!

JUST FOR THOUGHTS
*troughout this sad experience, it cost us $80 fine from the council for letting our dog running around unattended. But wt the heck he always run around. And he always comes back! Its some people will just let him be and not catch him, he will run back home safely eventually. But wat the heck. $80 or $800. U will give anything 2 have your love ones back, and i love my dog Mongo very very much.

Now that i have felt partially the pain, of parents, that have children or love ones that is kidnapped, murdered and stolen. I curse those fucking heartless criminals of a kind even more. How could god, find room in his heart, 2 still forgive ppl like this? Its just unthinkable, can u imagine the cost and what god have do deal with, to forgive? never thought of it this way before eh, If u have gone trough.. u will know, forgiving is never easy. Its easy 2 hate, but not 2 forgive.

"be a man, do the right thing" - quote from someone from YAF that quoted this from somewhere last time.

"its easier said than done"

"you will never understand, if u never experience it before."

Australia part 1

Today, my dog Mongo pissed on my bed. And so, we got very angry at him. Ignoring his puppy eyes, when he reach my leg and stared at me with sadness.. as if begging for forgiveness. But, i ignore him anyway. Eventually, he slowly walks away.. i heard his subtle whimpering. AWWWWW 2moro i play with u kay? tonight ure been punished! Dont do that anymore.

Ahhhhh camera! Today, robe town had a Christmas parade! Its so cool, every locals dress up, and parade around the town, throwing candies and entertain ppl. Theres big dinosour truck, superheroes, clowns, and even ladies that flaunt their skirt proudly revealing undergarments that said "happy merry Christmas"

This is the kind of time i wished i had a camera with me. If only i had a penny for every time i said that!

Better Sight without Glasses, Harry Benjamin

Its been quite some time since i had update my blog. lazy 2 update, yes.

But since then, i had many experience. Did many things. Some experience made me change my life style of living drastically for the better. Like.. I start 2 read books now, and enjoy gaining knowledge out of it.

Before this, books and reading bores me, it is my sleeping pill. Pastor John had left, he left his books for us, and so i took 3 books from his stash. A psychology book, a money making book and this one.. Better Sight without Glasses by Henry Benjamin.

In this book, Benjamin tells us about his story, he almost lost his eye sight, his glasses had to change to stronger ones again and again since the early age of 4. Until the age of 26, doctors had to furnish the strongest/thickest glasses for him.

AND it is trough this man's testimony tells us
THERE IS a NATURAL way of curing EYE disabilities.

AND more importantly.. Glasses and Contact lens is NOT a CURE but just a fast way of temporary relief. In time, over dependent on both of these will cause further harm than good. ( We find ourself going back to the store to get ourself a stronger pair because our eye power had increase every time as time goes by.. right? )

THE TRUTH IS

if one part of our body suffers, the whole body suffers.
its not only the eye, the neck, the spinal cord, the nerve system, the brain, even the liver plays important role because ALL this causes symptoms of eye disability.

if you are your own doctor, u will want to heal all this instead of just putting a glasses/contact lens in your face to solve the problem. Ignoring the problem is the last thing u want for your own body.

IM saying there is a CURE from within! YOUR BODY is CAPABLE to improve IF you give your body a chance! The natural way.. it takes perseverance and consistent practice, But all is worth it i say!

From a guy that almost lost his sight, he manage to safe his own eye. WHY NOT START NOW? before its to late.

THE BIG PICTURE
your eye had muscles around, to not only move it up, down etc in direction. but to change the shape of the eye with the purpose to accommodate distant and close object by changing the distance between the retina and crystalline lens of the eye.( Just like a camera-shortening and lengthening its lens to focus. )

Muscles have to be developed, and strain on these muscles would cause sight problem.

Glasses is introduced into the picture> the eye accommodate the sight with a fixed and unchangeable way with the result of straining the muscle because the eye is held in a rigid position by the action of the glasses.

The whole natural process of seeing is thrown out of gear.

THERE IS 3 MAJOR CAUSES OF DEFECTIVE VISION TO TACKLE
1)Mental Strain
2)Food <--------??
3)Blood and Nerve Supply

Yes, i will post up the methods for natural healing targeting these 3 factors soon. But until then, i would research more on the book. I will leave a few tips for beginner's to start to trade the reckless life for a better healthy living. Take care of your eyes! Its the gate to your heart.

TIPS 1
I learn it is the stress on the muscle from the head to the neck close to the back of the spinal cord that causes strain. Thus, making eyes tired and condition worst as times goes by. Tackle the stress! Sleep is essential, but take opportunity to relax in anytime of the day by closing the eyes, putting your hands gently over it and just relax for 10 mins to 30 mins. Splash your face and eye area with cold water gently from the palm of your hands repeatedly. Stretch your neck, move it around to release tension in the muscles.

TIPS 2
In this book, the author, Benjamin had to change even his diet to safe his eye sight. And yes, the food we eat is a major factor towards health problems! Even the eye. Food is an important factor to play a healing role the natural way.
BREAKFAST-------> Fruit meal, fresh foods with a a cup of cold milk. ( no cereal or bread )
LUNCH------->Salad meal, fresh veggies like tomatoes, lettuce, cucumber, celery etc together with wholemeal bread, butter and cream cheese. (salad dressing> lemon juice or pure olive oil)

DINNER------>with two meals like the above each day, dinner could be anything within reason, such as meat, fish or egg with stim veggies. Dried fruits or nuts is recommended for appetizers.

CUT DOWN ON
Tea and coffee to a minimum, if must have tea in the afternoon have it very weak and without sugar.
Jams, cakes, pastries, white sugar, white bread, confectionery, etc

A diet composed of the above-mentioned lines will soon work wonders in a person's general health, and its effects upon the eyes.

TIPS 3
Take off your glasses regularly especially when u relax, don't be to dependent on it. Give more chances for your eyes to work naturaly. Its not a poison, you can still wear it when doing work or driving though. Don't depend on it when you are doing intensive reading or etc.. have plenty time of resting your eyes away from work and if you do reading, make it an habit to blink regularly effortlessly. It is a natural way of preventing your eyes to be tired, and you'll find yourself reading more easily.

U CAN CALL ME NOW

Well, i could not recover my phone. But thanks 2 Digi Centre with their help, i got back my same old number. I lost all the contacts though, so if u are kind and willing, please drop in your mobile number so i can add to my collection. LOL

I would like 2 comment on Digi Centre with its EXCELLENT SERVICE and Customer Care. Its located in the heart of klang, under the bridge ( traffic jam ) place, near the turn in to the Outstation Bus Stop.

From the moment i walk towards the glass door, the security guard smiled and open the door for me( 1st impression )Then after that he ask me, why i come here? The security guard* , Then i say, i lost my phone.. wan a new sim card with my old number. So he press for me the waiting number ticket.*like a bank* ( 2nd, extended service )

So i waited, sitting in this creatively design blue chair which is not really comfortable but its something different. And not for long its my turn, I just went there and said... I lost my Phone. And hes like, Dont worry. Ill handle it for you, no questions ask. "Show me your IC please" The best part is, Its FREE! No extra charges. ( 3rd, professional and inexpensive service ) I said "i wan 2 put the sim card right away inside the phone, im using other number" Then he said, NO PROBLEM! *took and open the sim card for me, take the old one and stick it to the phone card so i wont drop it*

Really! No kidding, its quick and easy, i just got my same old number just like that.
I dont mind losing my phone again and collect it there. LOL

4rd reason why it has good customer care, The man attended to my problem wished us "Have a nice day" after we are done.

plus= Nice and clean environment, got MTV astro 2 watch, and the people there dressed smart and neat with friendly faces to top it all up. THUMBS UP!! TWO THUMBS UP!

MISSING ITEM

MY phone... i miss you! Who is so cold hearted, would steal you away from me! You have always been there with me, even since i got you. Everyday, we are together like one. But now that you have been gone, i am incomplete.

Okay, so i have lost my phone.. babi. Left it 10 min in the class room and its gone! Shit! There goes all my contacts. I guess i should try living without mobile phone for awhile, its impossible for most people in the 21st century, thats why i would like to break free from trends and habits. Be apart from the crowd, because i am different. LOL

I tried to contact the person that took away my phone, using Rachels phone, i SMS the fella saying " Hey whoever you are, can you please at least give me back my sim card? Do the right thing, and consider Karma. Please, put the sim card inside an envelope for Tan Chin Khuan 10658(id number" LOL

But i doubt it will work and produce fruitful result.

Guy Kawasaki

I am doing my research, improving my knowledge and understanding a little bit about working and business. Because I just had to be chosen as a group leader for a college assignment, a role-play act about Conflicts in the workplace. Just this one group work alone will contribute 50% score for "Human Resource" subject. I feel pressured.

As i was doing my research, i found myself looking at this man, Guy Kawasaki ( The former chief evengelist of Apple, Guy is the founder of two software companies and helped more than 100 companies raise venture capital. )

Wake up for Change

Basic principles of how to prepare for THE big event of *your* life

1) set your house in order

2) focus on the things above, eternal/future value

3) facing in a direction, where do you face?

and finally, it is very important, if you get *your* PRIORITIES right

“Action expresses priorities.”-Mahatma Gandhi quotes (Indian Philosopher, internationally esteemed for his doctrine of nonviolent protest, 1869-1948)

“I thank God I live in a country where dreams can come true, where failure is sometimes the first step to success, and where success is only another form of failure if we forget where our priorities should be.”-Harry Lloyd quotes

"In order to grow, you must care more about what you do than you care about where you do it or the rewards for doing it."-Laura Teresa Marquez

The Scartlet Ibis

I was doing my last short journal assignment, and had to read this very sad sad sad story of two boys. Go read the Scartlet Ibis

..."I'm going to teach you to walk, Doodle," I said.
He was sitting comfortably on the soft grass, leaning back
against the pine. "Why?" he asked.
I hadn't expected such an answer. "So I won't have to haul you
around all the time."
"I can't walk, Brother," he said.
"Who says so?" I demanded.
"Mama, the doctor-everybody.
"Oh, you can walk," I said, and I took him by the arms and
stood him up. He collapsed onto the grass like a half-empty flour
sack. It was as if he had no bones in his little legs.
"Don't hurt me, Brother," he warned.
"Shut up. I'm not going to hurt you. I'm going to teach you to
walk." I heaved him up again, and again he collapsed.
This time he did not lift his face up out of the rubber grass. "I
just can't do it. Let's make honeysuckle wreaths."
"Oh yes you can, Doodle," I said. "All you got to do is try. Now
come on," and I hauled him up once more...

This story is very very touching, every brother in the world can relate to this, and be a better brother to your close one's.
